Fox & Brindle Construction can contract to build your facility in a variety of ways.

Design-Build

This is our most common type of project. Our client needs a facility, and has a completion deadline to meet, but not all of the details have been ironed out. We can design the civil work, foundations, and building shell, and usually begin constructing these phases while the finish details are being completed. Usually, this type of construction is done on the basis of “Cost-Plus with a Guaranteed Maximum”. This arrangement can save weeks or months of time.

General Contractor

When the client has engaged other professionals to design his facility, and has a complete set of Plans and Specifications, Fox & Brindle Construction can provide a firm Lump-Sum bid to construct the project.

Self-Perform

We use numerous building types and construction methods to achieve the most efficient design for our clients. We use pre-engineered steel buildings, conventional steel buildings, precast concrete, light gauge metal framing, masonry, and other methods. Our Portfolio of Projects includes projects using all of these construction types.
